25-Seven Puts a PDM into Portland

25-Seven Systems has put a PDM (Program Delay Manager) into KXJM(FM), a member of the Clear Channel cluster in Portland, Ore.

Curt Brown, chief engineer and IT manager for KXJM said: "With the latest updates on the box we've found the integration with our Axia Element system to be quite good and user friendly… The Web-based interface also makes the control and setup of the delay very easy to manage."

Other members of the Clear Channel Portland cluster include KKCW(FM), KKRZ(FM), KQOL(FM), KEX(AM), KLTH(FM) and KPOJ(AM).

The PDM is a profanity delay with IP connectivity for alerts and remote control.
