I have been in and about radio for years. It seems to me that since the FCC took my chance away(telecomm. act 1996). That it is increasingly hard to find investors. All I want is a little local station that can be ran from here(local). And not ran from a city that don't even know we are here. It is like "Hey, you listen to what we give, or nothing. I can't even start a new station because FCC say's We won't give permit at this time. When is the right time?
