Broadcaster and program syndicator Cumulus Media has added Alexis Glick to its board of directors.
Glick is CEO of the GENYOUth Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to children’s health and wellness. Its flagship program, Fuel Up to Play 60, is a partnership between the National Football League and the National Dairy Council.
She previously served as vice president of Fox Business News, where she anchored “Money for Breakfast” and “The Opening Bell.” Glick was also a correspondent for NBC News’s “Today Show,” where she co-anchored the third hour of the program, and was a senior trading correspondent for CNBC.
Glick was also an executive at Morgan Stanley, where she made history as the youngest woman to head floor operations at the New York Stock Exchange. Additionally, she has served as a senior fellow to the Kauffman Foundation, member of the Columbia College Alumni Association board of directors and strategic advisor to the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy.
“Alexis brings a unique mix of media and business experience that will help Cumulus grow in ways that serve the interests of our listeners, employees and investors,” said Lew Dickey, chairman and CEO of Cumulus.
