Streaming tools and services provider Liquid Compass has developed a customized stream player for the “Adventure in Odyssey” program by Focus on the Family. It deploys as the National Religious Broadcasters convention opens in Nashville.

The player is more than a streamer, merely providing program material and artwork, according to the manufacturer. “The new player includes unique features such as full visual customization and flash animation. It also delivers third-party storefront integration to allow listeners to buy broadcasts or full albums quickly and securely directly through the player.” It also provides custom content integration that includes episode and album information, album artwork and other information.

Liquid Compass highlights this as a “unique, branded streaming radio player specifically for religious broadcasters.” The company said it has strong relationships with other religious broadcasters including Salem Communications, WDAC-The Voice and Crawford Broadcasting.
