The solution is currently in use in NDR’s outside broadcast trucks. According to Scisys, this interface enables easier, more cost-effective implementation as compared to a standard serial interface. It also, says the company, increases workflow flexibility and adds to emergency functions as playout clients can be anywhere within the IT-network.
