Netia announced an agreement through which its Radio-Assist 7.5 digital audio software programs will be integrated with Isilon Systems’ Isilon IQ clustered storage.

“Radio-Assist’s DBShare database management module ensures the consistency of database contents, while the Isilon IQ storage solution provides added protection with SnapshotIQ, SyncIQ and SmartConnect Advanced software, all of which contribute to preservation of file integrity and accessibility,” the companies stated.

Netia officials described “unique data protection tools” for scheduled global system snapshots, synchronization of databases, replication and optimized access to stored media.

The integrated solution is offered through Netia resellers.

CCB comment: "Superwindow" implies throwing our all 2003 unprocessed translator apps and starting over with a new Window for all. How many apps could each organization file? Could LPFM groups file for more than one as contemplated in 2000? If "Superwindow" is not starting over, then the 2003 apps would have priority under the "first file among equals gets the CP" Will LPFMs be able to use "translator rules"in this window? Why not do FM like TV? LPTV and TV translators are the same, except the translators specify an input channel. Christian Community Broadcasters
