KRJK(FM) in Lamont, Calif., is using a new Harris transmitter and ERI antenna, purchased from dealer SCMS.

Terry Gaiser purchased and installed the gear, assisted by Harry Thomas. The station, which went on the air in the fall, broadcasts at 97.3 MHz and is owned by the Buck Owens Group in Bakersfield, Calif.

Gaiser chose a Harris ZX10000 transmitter with Flexstar exciter and a two-bay ERI antenna MPX-2 with pattern study. He’s shown below tweaking the transmitter.
