RCS Revamps Zetta

Broadcast software developer RCS has made some changes to the Zetta playout platform.

According to the company a new playout deck has advanced playback transport control, audio auditioning and seeking and looping are controllable via external jog dial-capable devices.

The stacks module is now controllable with keyboard shortcuts and GPIO. The displayed stack now has a “next” button for “fade and go.”

Logs get help with event display customization and propagation of log changes to remote Zetta installations via Zetta Wancasting.

Compatibility with the GSelector4 scheduler is improved with support for “new music coding attributes, added ability to display these attributes in user interface with user-definable colors. Row highlighting also available to highlight specific songs or links, based on the attribute values.”
