SiriusXM, Nissan Extend Partnership

Nissan North America and satellite radio broadcaster SiriusXM are extending their relationship through 2018.

That means customers buying any new Nissan vehicle equipped with a satellite radio receiver gets a three-month subscription to the satcaster’s service.

Specifically, free trial subscribers would get the “All Access Package” with access to SiriusXM’s premium programming lineup, including every NFL game, Howard Stern, every NASCAR race, Oprah Radio and MLB Network Radio, plus access to SiriusXM Internet Radio on smartphones and other connected devices as well as online at

Nissan North America says it’s also “significantly” increasing penetration of factory-installed SiriusXM across its entire vehicle lineup.
