So, You Want to Be a Ham?

Courtesy of ham radio maker Icom America, we learn about HamStudy, a website dedicated to educating and promoting ham radio. The site is free.

More specifically it is, “Free tools to help you get your ham radio license.” The site covers the basics of ham radio along with specifics on what is needed to pass the various license tests, general, technician or amateur extra.

Icom America is a sponsor of the site, created by Richard Bateman (KD7BBC), Michael Shufflebeam (KV9G) and Rich Porter.
