Univision Radio Joins Up With TuneIn

Univision Radio, the radio arm of Spanish-language broadcast Univision Communications Inc., and Internet audio portal TuneIn have agreed to add Univision’s 50 radio stations to TuneIn’s lineup.

“Millions of people utilize TuneIn’s directory service online and on mobile devices every month, and this partnership underscores Univision Radio’s commitment to make our leading Hispanic radio stations available wherever our listeners are,” said Jose Valle, president of Univision Radio.

Popular Univision stations, including Los Angeles’ KLVE(FM), Chicago’s WOJO(FM), Miami’s WMAR(FM) and New York’s WXNY(FM), will be available through TuneIn on its apps for various platforms — smartphone, connected vehicle dashboards, home entertainment systems and online.

Univision Radio will also gain use of analytics through TuneIn Amplifier and access to the audio service’s ad platform.
