Bott Announces Oklahoma Station Launch

East Texas station gets more power

The Bott Radio Network will launch a new FM outlet serving the Bartlesville, Okla., area. Also, BRN says KQCV(FM) in Edmond is also now simulcasting on KQCV(AM) throughout the Oklahoma City area.

Bott Radio Network began serving in Oklahoma in 1976 with the launch of KQCV(AM). The network also plans a new signal in Tulsa scheduled to air later this summer.

In additional news, the company says that its KTAA(FM) in the Longview-Tyler, Texas, area is getting a power increase.

With seven times more power and 50 kW of effective coverage, the signal broadcast at 90.7 FM can be heard in more east Texas towns.
