Dial Global Restructures Executive Management

Names Brown as new CEO, Williams as president

Spencer Brown

Radio services and programming syndicator Dial Global Inc. has changed its executive management structure to a more traditional one, led by one CEO instead of three co-CEOs.

The company says this move will “sharpen the company’s strategic focus and provide greater clarity to its advertising clients, station affiliates, producer partners and stockholders.”

Spencer Brown has been named the company’s only CEO, and Ken Williams has been named its president, reporting to Brown.

David Landau, previously the third co-CEO has resigned.

“Along with me and Ken, David has led Dial Global since its formation in 2002, and he has been a cornerstone of the company’s growth and success,” Brown said.

Landau, who will retain his significant shares, also expressed his support for the company, as well as Brown’s ability to lead the company.

Dial Global is a provider and distributor of audio content to more than 8,500 radio stations. The company produces over 200 news, sports, talk, music and entertainment programs, services and digital applications, as well as jingles and imaging, according to a release.
