The 2015 Audi3 comes with an HD Radio receiver as standard equipment in the dashboard.
That’s true for models sold both here in the U.S. as well as Canada, according to iBiquity Digital.
HD Radio receivers are also available on Audi A3s sold in Mexico.
IBiquity Digital COO Jeff Jury says the action demonstrates Audi’s “commitment to digital radio and moves us closer to an all-digital future for AM and FM broadcasting across North America.”
Thirty-five automakers have now publicly announced plans to incorporate HD Radio receivers in 185+ models by year-end with more than 90 models featuring HD Radio receivers as standard equipment.
