International radio stations including BBC Radio 1, Kiss92 Singapore and Dubai Star FM Dubai are among those participating in the fifth International Radio Festival.
This year’s edition, which is running from Aug. 21–Sept. 7 at Kaufleuten Club & Restaurant, hosts a studio featuring live shows by international broadcasters.
Each broadcaster is airing a radio show with its own music program in its local language. According to the organizers, international radio stations broadcasting as part of the “On Air” program include the BBC Radio One, Kiss FM Berlin, Kiss92 Singapore, RTL102.2 Milan, Star FM Dubai, Radio Nova Paris, Radio Romantika Moscow, XFM UK, SRF Virus Switzerland, Soho London Radio, Radio 24 Zurich, Ibiza Sonica, Radio Fiume Ticino and streamer Creatures Of The Night.
The IRF will also celebrate SwissRadioDay September 3 with a program designed by Radio24 Zurich, SRF Radio Virus, Radio GRRIF, Radio Fiume Ticino, Radio 105.
The IRF will also host three parties.
