Radio One has selected WideOrbit’s advertising sales, traffic and revenue management solution WO Traffic for its 55 stations.
WideOrbit said Radio One is migrating its radio stations from dispersed legacy systems to a single WO Traffic system. WO Traffic is described as a scalable, enterprise-wide solution that will provide flexible, real-time reporting and visibility and control, a release said.
Also according to the release, Radio One’s stations are operating on WideOrbit radio automation platforms, with its largest markets on WO Automation for Radio, which offers centralized content creation, centralized playlist creation and editing and multimarket voice tracking. Integration between WO Traffic and WO Automation for Radio will enable live log editing, streamlined dubbing of commercials and real-time spot reconciliation.
