Rose to Lead Arbitron Marketing

Arbitron Inc. has appointed Bill Rose to senior vice president, marketing, U.S. Media Services. In this newly created position, Rose will head-up all marketing efforts for the U.S. Media Services division, which now includes Radio, Advertiser/Agency, Outdoor and the Product/Customer Services groups. He will also oversee the Custom Research team, which manages the comScore Arbitron Online Radio Ratings service.
Most recently, Rose was general manager and executive vice president of Arbitron New Ventures, where he managed research and business development for Online Radio Services. Rose first joined Arbitron in 1981 in the San Francisco Radio Station Sales division.
