D&R Releases Updated Airlite Mixer

Features an internal USB control section for faster daily use

D&R has given a new look to its Airlite radio mixer, announcing an updated model with a swath of new features.

It is designed for on-air production and web streaming. D&R says the new Airlite is an intelligent mixer with an internal USB control section, built-in silence detector and a built-in telephone VOIP functionality.

The model also comes with four in/out channels of stereo USB and three low noise mic inputs. Additional features include an optional AES 3 digital program output; CRM, announcer and phone outputs; bi-directional cue communications buss; the possibility of featuring incoming phone calls on screen; clean feed output for external hybrid; and internal non-stop switching.

The Airlite system is compatible with both Mac and Windows platforms.
