Digigram to Speak at 140th AES Convention

Will present engineering brief on configuring AES67 networks for high-performance audio

With the 140th AES Convention days away in Paris, Digigram has announced that it will take part in the convention as a speaker.

Digigram’s Mickaël Henry, support and programming engineer, Nicolas Sturmel, head of research, and Lucas Rédmond, CNSMDP student, will present “Setting Up and Making AES67 Network Coexist with Standard Network Traffic.”

The presentation will explain how an AES67 network can coexist within a standard non-audio network, detailing the challenges of setting up and using AES67 networks. This will reportedly include analyzing network protocols like IGMP, PTP, and QoS. The trio will also present the results of a network composed of 10 different AES67 compliant devices that support various AoIP protocols.

The 140th AES Convention will run from June 4–7 in Paris. The presentation is scheduled for June 4, from 9 a.m–10:15 a.m. in the Foyer at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
