Bolton Joins Golden Mike Presentation for Bryant

Other celebrities will share the spotlight at Broadcasters Foundation of America event

Award-winning singer Michael Bolton has joined the lineup of stars and broadcasters honoring Broadcast Music Inc. President Del Bryant at the Broadcasters Foundation of America’s 2014 Golden Mike Award, at the Plaza Hotel in New York, Feb. 24.

Belo executive Jack Sander and culinary/style expert Sandra Lee will also present, and “Face the Nation” anchor Bob Schieffer will host the black-tie event. Grammy Award-winner Kris Kristofferson and singer/songwriter Brenda Russell will provide the entertainment.

Bolton is a singer, songwriter has sold more than 53 million records. To date, he has seen eight studio albums rank in the Top 10, with nine #1 singles and has won multiple Grammy Awards. He established The Michael Bolton Charities to advocate on behalf of women and children at risk and has been recognized with several humanitarian awards.

The Broadcasters Foundation of America distributes aid to broadcasters who have lost their livelihood through a catastrophic event, debilitating disease, or unforeseen family tragedy. Donations can be made as a personal gift to the foundation and corporate contributions are accepted through the Angel Initiative.
