Hill Upped to VP of RCS Customer Experience
He most recently created and led the “Customer Success” department at RCS headquarters
Broadcast software company RCS has promoted Barry Hill to vice president of customer experience, reporting to President and CEO Philippe Generali.
Hill will now be responsible for all touchpoints between RCS and customers on the phone, in-person and online.
Before joining RCS 20 years ago, Hill was a program director and morning host. When he transitioned to RCS, Hill started in technical support and has worked in engineering, sales and, most recently, created and led the “Customer Success” department at RCS headquarters in New York.
