Hoosier engineers plan to gather at the end of October in Indianapolis for the 2013 IBA Annual IT Engineer Workshop.
Slated for Oct. 29–30 at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel, the Indiana Broadcasters Association event will be held in conjunction with the national SBE meeting as well so there’ll be much engineering fun.
Naturally there’ll be plenty of sessions, speeches and a manufacturers floor. Scheduled sessions include “How to Replace ISDN With IP,” “Care of Towers,” “Ensuring Your AOIP Infrastructure Stays in Place During Disasters,” “Facility Phone Systems” and “50 Things You Forgot When Designing a New Facility.”
Manufacturers already signed on for floor space include: Belden, Broadcasters General Store, BSW/Tieline, Comrex, Double Radius, ENCO Systems, ERI, General Cable, Harris/SCMS and Kathrein.
