iHeart Taps New Programming Leaders Across U.S.

Wyatt named SVP of programming for Baltimore, San Fran gets new digital PD and more

Jeff Wyatt has been named senior vice president of programming for iHeartMedia Baltimore. On the other coast, Matty Staudt has been named iHeartMedia San Francisco’s new digital program director. In Texas, Russell Rush has been promoted to program director for KXXM(FM) and will continue to serve as weekday afternoon on-air personality. Also, iHeartMedia St. Louis announced Jules Riley has been named PD for KSD 93.7/The Bull(FM).

Wyatt was also named PD for WPOC(FM) and WQSR(FM). iHeartMedia Baltimore includes WPOC, WZFT(FM), WQSR and WCAO(FM). He most recently served as VP of programming for iHeartMedia’s Virginia-Carolina Region and PD for WKKT(FM) in Charlotte, N.C.

Matty Staudt will oversee digital strategy for iHeart’s San Francisco station brands. He previously served as director of content and community at Stitcher and as executive producer at WNEW in New York and KLLC in San Francisco.

iHeartMedia San Francisco operates KIOI(FM), KISQ(FM), KMEL(FM), KOSF(FM) and KYLD(FM).

In his new position Russell Rush will report to Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia’s Central Texas Region Brian Gann. Rush has been with iHeartMedia since 2005, most recently serving as assistant PD and hosting “The Russell Rush Show.” In addition, he serves as host of a weekly public affairs show that airs on all seven stations in the iHeartMedia San Antonio market.

iHeartMedia San Antonio owns and operates KXXM(FM), KAJA(FM), KQXT(FM), KRPT(FM), KZEP(FM), WOAI(AM) and KTKR(AM).

In St. Louis, new KSD PD Jules Riley will also continue to serve as PD for KLOU(FM). Previously she worked as ops manager for KVOO(FM) in Tulsa, Okla. From 2005 until 2008, Riley was program director for WARH(FM) and WMVN(FM) in St. Louis.

iHeartMedia St. Louis owns and operates KSD, KMJM(FM), KLOU, KLLT(FM), KSLZ(FM) and KATZ(AM).
