Cumulus Names St. James to New Role in Massachusetts

Re-signs Jameson for three more years in Minneapolis

Cumulus Media has tapped Laura St. James as program director for WXLO(FM) in Worcester, Mass., and in Minneapolis, the company has re-signed Scott Jameson to a multiyear agreement.

St. James will continue to be heard weekends on WNSH(FM) in New York. She most recently served as program director for afternoons for Cumulus Media-Allentown’s WLEV(FM). She started her career, and later became program director, at iHeartMedia-Allentown station WAEB(FM). St. James has also held programming positions at stations including: WNEW(FM) and WLTW(FM) in New York and WBEB(FM) in Philadelphia.

Scott Jameson

Jameson is currently vice president of classic rock for Cumulus, and serves as operations manager/program director of KQRS(FM) in Minneapolis and operations manager of KXXR(FM) and trimulcast WGVX(FM)-WRXP(FM)-WWWM(FM). He will continue in those roles for three more years.

Before joining Cumulus in December 2012, Jameson worked for CBS Radio as corporate VP of adult rock programming, PD of WZGC(FM) in Atlanta and executive producer of the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with Clear Channel-Indianapolis as director of FM programming for WFBQ(FM) and WRZX(FM).

Cumulus Media combines local programming with nationally syndicated brands through its 447 owned-and-operated stations broadcasting in 90 US media markets, 8,000 broadcast radio stations affiliated with its Westwood One network and numerous digital channels.
