Sprint has released two more FM-enabled smartphones preloaded with the NextRadio app.

The Kyocera Hydro Vibe hit Sprint stores over the weekend. Sprint says this model can be submersed in up to 3.5 feet of water for 30 minutes.

The Vibe features a 4.5-inch impact-resistant screen, Sprint 4G LTE capability, GPS navigation, email and text messaging, Web access, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot and an 8 MP camera. The model also receives commercial mobile alerts.

Sprint also recently released the HTC One (M8) Harman Kardon Edition, we reported.

The NextRadio team goes into depth about the interactive features capable with its FM app on its latest blog — displaying visual enhancements that can be employed through the app as well as calls to action made possible with data delivered through the smartphone’s Internet backchannel.

Emmis says 8,800 FM stations have been tuned to from the app to-date and consumers have downloaded the app 395,000 times so far.
