Codec-maker Tieline has announced that it is moving its Report-IT Enterprise mobile device soft codec system to a subscription model.
Tieline CEO Will McLean explained, “The new Report-IT Enterprise sales model features annual user-based subscriptions to suit the needs of small, medium and large organizations.” He says that new model is more scalable and flexible for the changing needs of users.
McLean added, “We expect many existing users to migrate to the new model once they understand the benefits.”
In details — the subscription fee requires a one-time “establishment fee” in addition to an annual subscription. The establishment fee also covers a base of 10 users’ subscriptions for the first year. Additional user packages can be obtained in blocks of 10.
Tieline’s PC/Mac TieServer Console control software is also available as a subscription service.
Current users have the option of moving to the subscription fee.
