The Federal Communications Commission should act soon on the Sirius/XM marriage, Kevin Martin says.

Reuters reports the FCC chairman made the comment in an interview with CNBC television.

The merger raises difficult regulatory issues, Martin said, but “he noted the companies had agreed to concessions and said the agency ‘will hopefully be able to do something on it soon.’”

The Justice Department has already given its OK.
