| Mackie/Tapco Taps Laz Harris |

Capitalizing on what it calls strong Asia-Pacific growth, Mackie recently appointed Laz Harris to the position of Asia-Pacific market manager.
In the newly created position, Harris will ensure Mackie and Tapco distribution partners are supported through marketing, training, tradeshows, product launches and other activities.
Adrian Bell, director of marketing, announced the appointment.
Harris joined Loud Technologies, the parent company of Mackie and Tapco, in 2004 and most recently held the position of product specialist. Harris will be based in Singapore.
