NeoScreener added compatibility with Telos’ Nx12 talk show system.

NeoGroupe is exhibiting new features for its NeoWinners, NeoScreener and NeoStock call management systems.
NeoWinners has added instant individual labels printing with Dymo 400 printers; automatic e-mail generation; searches by keyword in Items, Prizes Stock and Winner Name; and a new font for Schedule that offers better visibility. Additional highlights include participant pre-selection for high-value contests; and automated data imports. New fields include Winner Identification Number.
NeoScreener added compatibility with Telos’ Nx12 talk show system; instant callback key; a phonebook with 88 pre-entered phone numbers; Drop button on each line; call record printing; and the ability to cue a call before really calling it. Additionally, the talent screen is available in 1280 x 1024, and international calls can now be dialed.
NeoStock offers FTP-style file transfer for Pocket PC synchronization, and management of sub-assemblies. The application now fits a radio/media group as well as a hardware distributor/vendor, according to the company. Also, a Documents section has been added for delivery notes, invoices, etc. The company will be found in the Telos Systems booth.
