Paris-based ACE Medias Tools has developed the INES [Interconnected Networks and Exchange Software] software solution, which it says, helps radio and TV stations manage and interact with on-air audiences.
The system can handle up to 28 calls simultaneously and communicates with social networks Facebook and Twitter, allowing users to follow audience reaction and monitor comments in real time.
INES’ integrated database stores audience information, simplifying the radio staff’s task of identifying the most relevant callers for a show.
INES is based on the AVT THipPro telephone hybrid, and runs on Windows, iOS or Linux.
