Hammamet, Tunisia is the location for the 18th edition of the Arab Radio and Television Festival, organized by the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) in collaboration with Tunisian Radio and Tunisian Television Establishments, as well as the Arab Satellite Communications Organization.

This year, the organizers of the International Radio Festival are also teaming up with the ASBU event, which seeks to contribute to the development of Arab radio and TV production, as well as identify and encourage trends in production to further Arab creative energies in the field.

Expected attendees include ASBU member corporations, private Arab production companies, news agencies, foreign Arab-speaking stations, private radio and TV networks, and international radio and television unions.

The annual festival will include a radio competition to recognize ASBU member corporations across five categories of radio programs and news. Additional offerings include a workshops, TV and radio market, and TV and radio equipment exhibition.

The 18th Arab Radio and Television Festival will take place from April 25–28.
