DEVENS, Mass. — Comrex has announced the appointment of Sue Gilks as the company’s director, Asia-Pacific.
In her new role, Gilks will work with distributors in the region to support existing Comrex customers and further develop the markets.
Gilks has held a number of key industry positions over the last 30 years. These include serving as a senior manager for firms such as DTC (formerly Cobham Security and Surveillance division), Tandberg TV (formerly NDS and now known as MediaKind, formerly Ericsson Media Solutions), Motorola and Sony.
Comrex adds that Gilks has “successfully positioned a number of the companies as the market leader in Asia-Pacific using her in depth expertise and extensive knowledge of partners and end users.”
She will attend BES Expo on Jan. 17–19, representing Comrex with Technomedia Solutions in Stall 60.
