PETERSBURG, Fla.� Beasley Media Group has agreed to purchase two FM translator stations and a construction permit for a translator in Florida.
W280DU is licensed to Greenacres and W237BD to Pompano Beach. Both were formerly owned by Reach Communications. The CP for W242CG is licensed to Calvary Chapel Church in Coral Springs (and also co-owned by Reach Communication�s parent company). This deal is still subject to FCC approval.
The purchase price for W237BD is $125,000 The purchase price for W280DU and W242CG is $125,000.

Also, the trustees of Indiana University have closed the sale of the construction permits for FM translators: W233BU of Seymour, Ind., W251BS of Greensburg, Ind., and W225BQ of French Lick, Ind. All three were jointly sold to Kentucky River Broadcasting for $110,000. Heymann was again the exclusive broker, this time representing the seller.
Further north, Family Stations, Inc., recently sold an FM translator in Plainwell, Mich. Seller/ President Thomas Evans unloaded W255BC-FX (10 watts @ 133� HAAT on 98.9 MHz) for $50,000 cash at closing. The purchaser was the board of trustees of Michigan State University�s Vice President and Secretary William R. Beekman. Jason James of Patrick Communications was the buyer�s broker.
