FEMA Reps Offer Insight Into Future of Alerting at NAB Show

Attendees can learn from IPAWS workshops in the exhibit hall

WASHINGTON�If you�re heading to Las Vegas for NAB Show and want to brush up on your EAS knowledge, be sure to visit Booth C2217. That�s where the Federal Emergency Management Agency�s IPAWS management office will set up shop for the duration of the exhibition.

Join subject matter experts for several workshops related to the future of broadcasting alerts and warnings. These sessions will include discussions covering cybersecurity best practices, proposed changes to Wireless Emergency Alerts, and tips for properly configuring EAS devices, according to the NAB Show website.
