Mooretronix Owner Recovering From Motorcycle Crash in Alaska

He will continue to be on the mend for some time

Mooretronix owner Bob Moore is currently recovering from a motorcycle crash in Anchorage, Alaska.

According to friend and Saga Communications Director of Engineer Tom Atkins, Moore and friends were returning home from a motorcycle vacation to the Yukon Territory in Canada when he failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the highway on June 26. He was then medivaced to Anchorage, which has the closest hospital staffed for motorcycle accident injuries. Moore was the only vehicle involved in the accident.

Atkins recently spoke on the phone with Moore, whose doctors predict that he will be transferred from Anchorage to Grand Rapids, Mich., in about 10 days. Once back in Michigan, Moore will continue his rehabilitation for an unknown period of time.

During his continued convalescence, Mooretronix business will be on hold, and he has not made alternative arrangements for customers at this time. However, Moore wants customers to know that he hopes to return to the workbench very soon.

Based in Fremont, Mich., Mooretronix specializes in the sale and service of Pacific Recorders & Engineering consoles, modules and accessories for the broadcast Community.
