NAB Show Emphasizes International Presence

NAB Show will host 64 international “delegations” during its 2015 edition

�LAS VEGAS� NAB Show will host 64 international �delegations� during its 2015 edition. Representatives from Benin, Cote d�Ivoire, Myanmar and Pakistan will be the first delegations attending from those countries.

NAB says that about 30 percent of the event�s more than 98,000 attendees will travel from 159 countries this year. �

Also, about 650 exhibiting companies out of the more than 1,700 total exhibitors are headquartered outside the U.S. The exhibition will also feature returning pavilions from Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Korea and the UK, and new pavilions from Canada and China. NAB Show participates in the U.S. Department of Commerce�s International Buyer Program, which recruits international trade delegations to U.S. trade shows and connects international buyers with U.S. suppliers.

NAB Show also offers an International Trade Center in the South Hall Upper Lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The ITC offers onsite services for international guests and NAB Show exhibitors to facilitate business opportunities, such as commercial trade specialists and multilingual staff for translation assistance.

In September, NAB Show kicked off the second year of �NAB Show Collaborative,� an initiative focused on \partnerships with international organizations and events, offering education, dialogue and showcased technologies.
