COLUMBIA, Md.�Transmitter makerRohde & Schwarzhas announced that executive board member Christian Leicher has been chosen to serve as the electronics group�s president and CEO. Leicher has been an executive board member for 11 years.
The management change comes after Manfred Fleischmann announced his retirement after six years as CEO and more than 30 years with the company.
Peter Riedel will also remain in his role of president and chief operating officer. He has served on the executive board for two years and has been with R&S for a quarter century.
