MONTEBELLO, Calif.�Joe Stopka is taking over the position of director of business development for Tascam, the company announced. Stopka will be charged with pursuing and developing new business opportunities for the Tascam brand in both live and studio music production, as well as recorded sound for film and video.
Stopka began his career as a musician before transitioning to sales and marketing. His past positions saw him working with brands like Sony Professional, MIPRO, Electro-Voice and Eventide.
He will be based out of the company�s Chicago office.�
