PORTLAND, Ore.�Dante is spreading, as Audinate has announced that 275 manufacturers have adopted the Dante audio over IP networking solution. In addition, more than 675 Dante-enabled products are available worldwide. Audinate will look to grow that number when it brings Dante to ISE 2016.
As part of its ISE demonstration, Audinate will preview new features to its Dante Controller network management software. New features include a device lock that brings additional security through a PIN-based system for devices on the Dante network. Other new features include Wi-Fi control and extended device filtering.
Audinate will also have the Dante Via software application, which provides the ability to network and existing USB, FireWire or Thunderbolt device, and eliminates the need for dedicated hardware endpoints.
In celebration of Dante�s reach, Audinate will also have its social media content #DanteEverywhere for ISE attendees. Attendees can win prizes by taking a picture of one of the �Dante Spoken Here� sign and sharing the hashtag #DanteEverywhere on social media.
ISE 2016 will take place Feb. 9-12 in Amsterdam. Audinate will be located at booth #6-H148.
