When Will the Citizens Broadband Service Rules Take Effect?

Most will be effective in late August

WASHINGTON � The Federal Communications Commission has set a date for when revisions to the rules establishing the Citizens Broadband Service rules will take effect, communications law firm Fletcher Heald & Hildreth reports on itsCommLawBlog.We now know that date is Aug. 25.

However, the post cautions that not every rule will be effective on that date.
