Harry Martin began writing the FCC Update column in Broadcast Engineering in 1982. When Radio magazine was created in 1994, he continued writing for both publications and has done so continuously. Martin is a past president of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA), and has served 10 years as an officer or member of the executive committee. He is also a regular speaker at broadcast conventions and FCBA Consulting Legal Education seminars.
