Jan 7, 2014 – With the extreme cold temperatures from the Polar Vortex that dipped deeply into the United States, the National Association of Tower Erectors reposted a link to the OSHA Cold Stress Guide to ensure the safety and welfare of workers remains paramount.
The guide covers details about what should be considered too cold to work, the risks involved, how the body reacts and shat should be done for someone suffering hypothermia, frostbite and other effects of cold stress.
