Arbitron’s Ned Waugaman has been promoted to vice president, Customer Service.
Waugaman, 43, was most recently Director, Customer Service, a position he held since May 1999. Based in Columbia, Maryland, he is a 20-year Arbitron executive and manages 40 Customer Service employees at Arbitron’s Columbia and Birmingham, Ala., locations. Together, the two teams field 80,000 calls annually.
