Garrison Keillor’s famous radio show is being taken over by – gasp – a big conglomerate.
At least, it’s happening in the alternate universe called Hollywood. It’s the premise of Robert Altman’s movie adaptation of “A Prairie Home Companion,” which is generating attention. It was shot on location at Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul.
Streep, Harrison, Tomlin, Keillor … sounds like a fine cast to us. And Kevin Kline plays Guy Noir!
