The Electronic Frontier Foundation is speaking up in support of Spocko. The blogger’s Web site was taken down after ABC complained that critiques containing on-air clips from KSFO violated its copyright, according to the IDG News Service.
It reports the EFF threatened a lawsuit if the broadcaster further attempted to shut down the blogger with Digital Millennium Copyright Act threats.
