The Association of Independents in Radio tapped Erin Mishkin as its membership director, replacing Kathy Gronau, who held the position for more than 10 years.
Mishkin began her career in 2001 at NPR’s Distribution Division in Washington, where she worked her way up to serving as Public Radio Satellite Service’s manager of communications and marketing. She has since managed projects for Public Radio Exchange (PRX) and the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University.
Over the last two years, Mishkin trained at the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University.
