Susan Binford is moving to ABC Television Network and the ABC Broadcast Group, which runs the ABC Radio division and owned TV stations, as the new senior VP of communications.
Starting June 23, Binford will be the groups’ chief spokeswoman and responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of communications for the two entities. She will supervise programs such as public service campaigns and audience information.
Her most recent post was as executive VP of public relations for CNN News Group’s cluster of networks and businesses. She has also worked for NBC, MTV and CBS Records.
