ABC Daytime Direction Is Tops in RADAR

RADAR 74 is out, and the winner is the ABC Daytime Direction Network. The radio network audience report, produced by Arbitron, covered July 25, 2001, to June 19, 2002.
ABC took three of the top five slots as measured by audience and AQH rating. The rest of the top five were Westwood CNN Max; ABC Morning News; ABC Young Adult; and Premiere Morning Drive AM.
Among the statistics in the report: During the survey period, 75% of U.S. consumers 12+ and 75% of 18+ heard one or more network radio commercials in the course of a week. The measured networks are run by ABC Radio Networks, American Urban Radio Networks, Premiere Radio Networks and Westwood One Radio Networks.
