ABC Daytime Direction Tops Radio Nets

The nation’s top-ranked radio network remains ABC Daytime Direction. New to the top 10 is Dial-Global Complete FM Network.
During the latest RADAR ratings period from Arbitron, 75 percent of U.S. consumers ages 12+ heard one or more network radio commercials in the course of a week.
ABC Daytime Direction posted a weekly audience of 9.45 million and an average quarter hour rating of 4.0 for the 12 months ending in mid-September, up from 9.3 million and a rating of 3.9 in the previous RADAR period that ended three months earlier.
Dial-Global Complete FM has been added to the RADAR rankings, which now measure 38 networks.
The top 10 in order: ABC Daytime Direction, Westwood CNN Max, Premiere Pulse, ABC Morning News, Premiere Morning Drive AM, ABC Young Adult, Premiere Morning Drive FM, Premiere Focus, Premiere Mediabase and Dial-Global Complete FM.
RADAR measures network audiences by merging radio listening info with clearance data for broadcasts and commercial exposures. Ratings are for persons 12+, Mon.-Sun., 6 a.m. to midnight.
