ABC News Radio Looks Back at 2013

Specials and regularly scheduled programs look at the year that was

ABC News Radio plans to spend the closing days of 2013 looking back at the year through several special programs and within regularly scheduled news programs as well.

“Playback 2013” is a special that according to a release is “a high energy, fast paced and highly produced one-hour program anchored by ABC News Radio’s Cheri Preston and Aaron Katersky that reflects back on the extraordinary events of the past year.”

Another special is “The Year in Talk,” described as a “three-hour program that features the year’s hottest talk topics. From the George Zimmerman trial to the rollout of the Healthcare.gov website, this special will center on the most talked about stories of 2013.”

Looking back at economics and business will be “The Economy 2013 Year in Review.” Correspondent Richard Davies will take a look at major business stories and tie them into Americans’ pocketbooks.

Looking into 2014 is “ABC’s Everything You Need to Know About 2014,” with Scott Goldberg.

ABC News Radio’s “Perspective” and “World News This Year” will offer dedicated year retrospective shows.
